Below is a list to give you an idea of how we might be able to help you and your technical woes!
Everyday Device Troubleshooting
One of the most common requests we get is for general troubleshooting with everyday technology such as smart phones, computers, printers, TV's, etc.
If you have something that isn't working correctly, it's likely we will be able to fix it for you!
Generally, this is the primary reason that brings us in, with our education and simplification services being provided in addition to general troubleshooting.
Technology Education
Do you have tech that you feel like you either don't fully understand, or aren't using properly? Maybe you feel like you aren't making full use of it, and want to get a little bit more value out of your purchase.
Regardless of what your reasoning is, we can help! We provide educational services to come into your home, and get you up to speed on how your tech works, in a way that makes sense for you! We aren't here to overcomplicate things for you, and will only provide you information that matters, to help you better understand how to utilize it in your daily activities!
Tech Made Simple
Our company motto is 'Tech Made Simple', and we live our own lives by that motto! We strongly believe that technology shouldn't be overcomplicated, and any headache inducing issues should be left to the professionals. To that end, we offer our 'Tech Made Simple' services to all of our clients, which includes:
- Reviewing your tech needs, and finding any areas of improvement or simplification, such as consolidating email clients on your devices, reducing the amount of unneeded applications, turning off unneeded notifications, all in an attempt to reduce clutter and overwhelming spam.
- Decluttering any software and programs to improve functionality and reduce lag and annoyances when using your devices. This is a broad task, and will be specific to your circumstances, with some needing more decluttering than others.
- Cleaning up physical hardware and cabling to reduce clutter in your home or office, as we all know a clean and tidy home is a happy home - your technology included!
- While we always aim to use existing hardware, software, and systems that you already have, there are times where an upgrade would be recommended. Sometimes, a device or software may simply be too outdated, and an upgrade to a newer system may be needed to simplify your tech woes!
- Through our education services, we also aim to make your technology more understandable for you, therefore making it even more simple to use, by better understanding when to use it, how to use it, and why it works the way it does!
