We provide general IT services & technology education for both residential and commercial clients with a focus on simplification and streamlined usage.

For our residential clients, we provide education and troubleshooting with everyday technology such as smartphones, desktop and laptop computers; we also provide education and troubleshooting assistance with everyday software such as all major email clients, smart home applications, smart home appliances, and most notably A.I. due to its recent mainstream attention.

For our commercial clients, we focus on small business and aim to provide full IT services such as helpdesk support, system and hardware setups for offices, printer and computer ordering and maintenance, and staff education on how to best utilize the technology they are working with.

We offer in-person, on-site appointments for all of our clients in the Edmonton area. 

For residential clients, we will send a technician out to your home address to meet with you in person for your appointment time, to best address and answer any and all questions you may have, with practical demonstrations and troubleshooting. We are looking to offer subscription and account based services for those interested in an on-going service model, to ensure no one is left behind as technology advances.

For commercial clients, we will schedule an on-site visit for your business location anywhere in the Edmonton area, and assess and diagnose any technical difficulties your business may have at the time, and identify ways to improve and simplify your IT infrastructure. For our commercial clients, we look to assign an account manager to work with you directly and regularly, to ensure your business has the highest level of IT support possible.

No, we have no additional costs for travel within the Edmonton area.*

At the moment, we only offer services in the city of Edmonton and surrounding communities. As such, we have included the cost of travel into $99.99 per visit cost to ensure no hidden fee's or unexpected charges occur. 

*Please note: Should your service address be outside of the Edmonton area, we may still be able to assist you with an additional travel charge. We recommend reaching out to us directly to confirm if there would be a travel charge or not, as we will determine this prior to any appointments.

Simply put? Technology is complicated.

We understand that, and are looking to provide a service for those who are struggling with it on a day-to-day basis. Do you ever feel that your phone is too complicated to use, or that your smart TV is a little bit too smart? If you can answer yes to those questions, or any other question related to everyday technology, then we can probably help.

We aim to provide education with the technology you use everyday and already have, we aren't selling you anything new or different. We come into your home, see what hardware and technology you have, and then help educate our clients on how to better utilize that existing technology, in addition to troubleshooting and problem solving.

No, we are not accredited or certified by any organization or government body.
